NON-REFUNDABLE FEES:

Application Fee	$35 ( per adult, 18 and older )

REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:

Security Deposit	1 Bedroom - $250 2 Bedroom - $300 3 Bedroom - $350

LEASE TERMS:

12 month leases are standard.

PET INFORMATION:

Pet Fee	$200 ( $100 refundable )
Pet Rent	$15 /mo.

Pets welcome upto 35 lbs. each. One pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. All pets must go through a pet interview with manager for approval.

In order to fill out an application, you must bring a $35 application fee (money order) and a security deposit (money order) as specified per unit size in two separate money orders.

Affordable Housing Income Requirements


We have income requirments that you must meet in order to qualify to live at Ochlockonee Pointe. We total all income (wages, child support, social security, family assistance, etc...) received in the household to determine if you qualify for Affordable Housing. The restrictions for Affordable Housing are as follows:

Failure to bring in required documents within 5 business days of submitting your application will result in your file becoming inactive at which point we will no longer hold an apartment for you. Once a file becomes inactive you can reactivate it by bringing in what we need at which time if we have an apartment for you we will hold it and continue working your file.
